**Short Name - **abbreviated name  
**E-mail - **email address of the contact person  
**Phone - **phone number of the contact person  
**Second Number - **second number of the contact person  
**Position - **function or role held by the contact in the organization  
**Street - **street and number of the contact address  
**Postal Code - **postal code assigned to the address  
**City - **city of the contact address  
**Country - **country assigned to the contact address  
**WWW -**website address of the contact  
**PESEL - **identification number of the contact person  
**Note -**field for recording internal information and arrangements regarding the contact  
**Status - **defines the current status of the contact in the system  
**Responsible Person - **system user assigned as the contact's caretaker  
**Client - **linking the contact with a company/client  
**External ID - **identifier of the contact in another system
