## Knowledge Base / Forum
- **Marking Answers** — the operator can mark a comment as the "main answer" on the forum. The highlighted comment is visible at the top of the thread.
- **Multilingual KB and Forum** — language packs have been added for all supported languages (pl, en, fr, cs, sk, de, es, uk). The language version switcher is visible on the public knowledge base page.
- **404 Fix on Forums** — fixed 404 errors on forums with a custom domain, improved language switcher and URL handling.
- **Sorting Entries by Category** — improved sorting of entries by category name in the KB view.
- **Case-Insensitive Links** — links to KB entries now work correctly regardless of the capitalization used in the URL.
## Email / Mailboxes
- **Mailbox View Overhaul** — refreshed form and mailbox list view with better navigation.
- **Domain Management** — enhancements in MX domain configuration.
- **Email Size Limit** — the system checks the size of the message before sending and notifies if the limit is exceeded.
- **Private Emails** — support for private email messages visible only to selected users.
## CRM
- **Faster Customer Search** — new full-text search field in the customer table. Searching is now significantly faster.
## Tasks
- **Checkboxes in Task List** — checkboxes in the task description (task list) are now clickable and save.
- **Commenting Warning** — the system warns when you write a comment in a thread that is not yours.
## WebChat
- **Email in Messages** — the client's email address is now visible in the operator panel with webchat messages.
## VoIP
- **SuperVOIP** — fix for SIP number search when receiving a call.
## Helpdesk
- **Improved Ticket View** — visual fixes in the ticket detail view.
- **Help Links in Forms** — contextual hints (help links) added in the VoIP, WebChat, Forms, and CRM modules.
## General
- **Changelog Widget** — new notifications widget for news, displayed as an icon with a counter of unread entries.
- **Mobile Fixes** — better display on mobile devices (responsive fixes).
- **AI Button** — new AI button with a modal for prompts, available from within the application.
